ZZURA is a Sahara Desert-inspired speakeasy bar located on Hollywood Road in Central, Hong Kong. Designed by NC Design & Architecture, it features a bright, minimalist interior with desert hues and Middle Eastern touches, contrasting typical dimly lit speakeasies . The bar draws inspiration from the mythical lost city of Zerzura, offering a curated menu of spice-infused cocktails like the Saffron Milk Punch (rum, saffron, pineapple, cardamom) and Around The Globe (cumin-infused cachaça, yuzu) . Co-founded by industry veterans, including Tell Camellia’s Gagan Gurung, ZZURA also serves Middle Eastern bites like falafel and shawarma .
