Artifact Bar is a futuristic speakeasy-style cocktail lounge hidden within BaseHall 02 in Central Hong Kong, offering an immersive experience inspired by underground cisterns, sci-fi aesthetics, and brutalist architecture. Designed by Nelson Chow of NCDA, the bar features sweeping fibreglass arches, rib-like vaulted ceilings, and an artificial "sunset" skylight that casts a warm glow over the walnut bar, creating a surreal subterranean atmosphere . Co-owned by award-winning mixologists Beckaly Franks and Ezra Star, Artifact specializes in brown spirits, with a menu that evolves seasonally, featuring innovative cocktails like the Bread and Butter Milk Punch (bourbon, corn, lemon) and the savory Caviar Martini (gin/vodka, vermouth, caviar) .
